How an order becomes a contract
The product pages are an invitation to order, not an offer. When you pay, we confirm the order by email; that confirmation is the point at which the contract is made. If we cannot fulfil an order — the size is withdrawn, the print facility cannot reach your address, the catalogue changed under us — we refund it in full and say why, and no contract comes into being for the part we cannot supply.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the cost of the print. Shipping is charged as the shipping policy describes, and any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. The price you see at checkout is the price charged: an order is never charged more after the fact because the catalogue moved.
Payment is taken by Stripe at the moment of ordering. We never see or store your card details.
What you are buying
A physical print on the substrate named on the product page, made to order at the size you chose. The designs, the store and the wording on it are ours; what you get is the print itself, to hang and to keep. It is not a licence to reproduce the artwork commercially, and the files behind it are not part of the sale.
Slight variation is inherent to the process and is not a fault: a print made this week and one made next month are colour-matched to the same specification, but the paper batch, the ink and the trimming can shift by small amounts. Screens also disagree with each other about colour, which is why a photograph is not a proof.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Production and delivery times are set out in the shipping policy, and what happens when something is wrong in the returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our liability
If we fail to meet these terms, we will replace the print or refund what you paid for it, including any shipping and tax. Beyond that our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited — and nothing here reduces a consumer right you have where you live.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change for future orders; the version that applies to yours is the one published when you paid. They are governed by the laws of the United States, and a dispute can be brought where you live if the law gives you that right.
