What is collected, and when
Browsing the catalogue collects nothing about you. Placing an order collects:
- Your email address, to send the confirmation, the tracking number and the delivery notice, and to answer you if you write in.
- Your name and delivery address, to have the print made and delivered. The print facility needs both.
- The contents of the order — which print, which size, what was paid — which is the record of the sale for both of us.
A cart is remembered in a cookie named __Host-dropship_cart. It holds a random identifier and nothing else: no name, no email, no history. It is markedHttpOnly, so no script can read it, and it expires by itself.
Who else sees it
Only the companies needed to complete an order, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe processes the payment. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach this store — we could not store them if we wanted to. We receive the outcome of the charge and the last four digits, nothing more.
- Printful prints and ships the order, and receives the name and delivery address for that purpose.
- Resend delivers the order emails, and processes the email address they are sent to.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. This store does not run a mailing list, so there is no marketing email to unsubscribe from.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, because a sale has to be evidenced. A cart that is never ordered is deleted on its own, a few weeks after it is last touched. Emails are kept as long as the order they belong to.
Cookies
Two exist on this site. One remembers your cart, described above. The other is set only when store staff sign in to the admin console, and never for a customer. There are no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to it being processed. Write from the contact page with the order reference if you have one. We will answer within 30 days. Deletion cannot extend to the parts of an order held for tax purposes, and we will say which those are if you ask.
