Shipping

Every print is made after you order it, by a print facility chosen to be the closest one to your address. Nothing is kept in stock, so the production window is part of the wait rather than an exception to it.

Production

Printing usually takes 2–5 business days before the parcel leaves the facility. This is the same window your order confirmation quotes, and it is working time — weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on where you are and which facility serves you. Orders within the United States and within the European Union are typically delivered by domestic carriers from a facility in the same region; orders elsewhere travel further.

We give you the tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. The confirmation email also carries a link back to your order, which shows its current state and tracking without an account.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free. The price on the product page is the whole price; nothing is added at checkout but tax where it applies.

Delivery is included for every country we ship to. Where a parcel crosses a customs border, any import duty or handling fee charged on arrival is the recipient’s responsibility — we cannot collect it in advance, and we do not know what your country will charge.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If the print facility cannot deliver to an address — a small number of countries are closed to it — we will refund the order in full rather than hold it open, and we will tell you rather than leaving you waiting.

If nothing arrives

If tracking has not moved for a fortnight, or the parcel is recorded as delivered and is not with you, write to us from the contact page with the order reference. We will replace the print or refund it in full — see returns and refunds.
